High School Combine

HIGH SCHOOL COMBINE PREP PROGRAM

The High School Combine Prep Program is offered to high school juniors and seniors to get them prepared for the upcoming football showcases.

High School Combine programs cover the same tests and workouts as our NFL combine (185 lb bench press)

 

Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning provides any College or NFL prospect with an intensive, disciplined, and regimented training program designed produce breakout performances on combine day. Mike Boyle has been teaching and training NFL prospects for 25 years and is recognized as one of the innovators of Combine training for the NFL. In fact, he was deemed the creator of combine training in 1984 by Pete Williams, author of "The Draft". For many of his MBSC Combine Program athletes, much of their future career depends on performance at the NFL Combine and Pro Day.

While participating in the COMBINE PREP PROGRAM, MBSC staff members offer their expertise to the athletes, describes what to expect on the big day, and teach them how to shave off precious tenths, and get those extra reps.
