Personal Training

Personal Training at Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning is an excellent option for someone who prefers a 1:1 coaching relationship as their primary form of training or for people with variable schedules - including athletes, executives and stay-at-home mothers. Our highly qualified trainers personalize your workout so it caters to your individual needs and goals.

MBSC also offers semi-private training for those who like working with a partner or friend or for those people who get more out of their wokrout by competing. Semi-private training is typically 2-4 people with one trainer. Common group dynamics are friends, husband-wife teams, brides and bridesmaids, siblings, and mother-daughter duos. Semi-private training is more cost-effective than the traditional 1 on 1 training and is a also a popular option. Call for pricing.

Personal Training Frequently Asked Questions

MBSC is known for training pro and elite athletes, but can they train an "normal" person like me?
Many of the athletes we work with end up on television or in the newspaper but the majority of the people we train are "normal" people - people who do not earn their living by playing sports. We have years of experience in training those who want to improve and maximize their overall fitness. If fact, our client list has more accountants than All-Pros and more home-makers than Hall-of-Famers.

Obtaining a Personal Trainer at MBSC?
Our personal training rate for one-on-one personal training is $75 per hour. In fact, our rates are slightly lower than personal training sessions at most health clubs. The savings are even greater because MBSC does not charge a monthly membership fee - you only pay when you work out. We want you to work towards getting better. - call for group prices
